Clock time is only related to WSJT modes like JT9, 65, FT8. Almost all other modes will decode regardless of the computer time.

Perhaps in the future the Maestro will allow installation of Windows apps. Then developers at Fldigi or CW Skimmer can create their product as a Windows app that can be installed on a Maestro
